Renovation of a mixed-use development in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 987-square-foot educational facility; and office development.

The project includes the renovation of approximately 1,000 square feet of space within the University of Massachusetts Medical School Building to create a new office suite for the Parking and Access Control Office. Currently the area of work is utilized as a lobby for the western wing of this primary campus building. New work includes the creation of the office space and service counter, separated from the remainder of the lobby by a glazed wall. The proposed work includes mechanical, electrical and fire protection and detection revisions in support of the reconfigured plan.
