Renovation of a water / sewer project in Palm Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for the rehabilitation of LS-002 includes cleaning of the existing valve pit; cleaning of the existing wet well; lining/coating of the wet well interior; replacement of the wet well lid, pump pedestals, guide rails, discharge piping, plug valves, check valves, pump off, all associated valve pit piping and fittings, and related appurtenances; and all ancillary materials and labor to complete the work. Contractors shall provide a set price for Lift Station 2 Rehabilitation; see Appendix A and Appendix B for lift station detail. No additional labor fee will be allowed.
