Renovation of a municipal facility in Gilroy, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of February 18 2021 Calstate Construction Inc. in the amount of $2,845,888. Anticipated start date is likely March/April 2021. This project consistes of construction and retrofit of an existing maintenance building with miscellaneous functional structures yard piping, paving and site work need to provide a complete project. The new facilities will provide much needed space for maintenance functions of SCRWA wastewater Treatment Plant. In accordance that the Contractor shall possess a valid Class A or Class B License at the time that the bid is Submitted. No bidders may withdraw its bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening if bids Bids received will be publicly opened and read onsite at the outdoor parking facility next to SCRWA Administration Building, for performing work as follows. Prospective bidders shall wear a face mask at all times while at the SCRWA facility when they are not in their vehicles, and shall observe minimum separation distances and abide by all protections required by State and Santa Clara County Public Health Mandatory Directive for Gatherings (link above) at all times during the bid opening.
