Site work for a water / sewer project in Englewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
There are two addendum on the project, please see the owner for more information. The City of Englewoods objective is to hire a qualified and competent Contractor to provide all labor, materials, traffic control, and equipment necessary to construct the Methanol Piping Replacement Project and other improvements as detailed in the attached drawings and specifications included as part of this Invitation to Bid. General Requirements - Insurance Required - Contractors License Required - License Required - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % It is the intention of the City to construct the replacement of the methanol feed lines as well as the addition of valves at the methanol delivery station at the South Platte Renew (SPR) facility located at 2900 South Platte River Drive, Englewood, Colorado 80110. Due to safety concerns, construction can only be completed during the months of June-August 2021 when methanol is not being stored at the facility. Notice to Proceed will release the selected Contractor to secure materials needed for the Project but construction cannot begin until June 2021
