Bid amount received$1,291,649.65 The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to resurface approximately 4.29 miles of Bay County local roads. The project will consist of earthwork operations, full depth mixing of existing pavement/base/subgrade, full depth patching, base repair in selected areas, paving, replacement and lining of existing cross drains, and stabilization of all disturbed areas. SEALED PAPER Bids shall be delivered to the Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department, at 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401, no later than the bid deadline. Bidders should submit one (1) original labeled Original bid package. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the work, the name of the bidder and the date for opening.
