The tenderer must provide with his tender a tender guarantee corresponding to ten percent (10%) of the amount of his tender. The guarantee must be provided in the form of a surety bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee, in which case the models provided for in the tender documents must be used or bonds payable to bearer issued or guaranteed by the Government of Quebec, Canada or a province or territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement and whose term does not exceed five (5) years.
