Base Bid - Two stage compressor packaged rooftop units per specifications b. Alternate Bid - Variable speed compressor packaged rooftop units per specifications Roof curbs for rooftop packaged HVAC units. 1. Install prefabricated roof curb adapters securely between new equipment and old roof curbs. 2. Install work watertight, without waves, warps, buckles, fastening stresses or distortion. 3. Allow for expansion and contraction. 4. Coat contact surfaces of dissimilar metals with zinc chromate paint.
