This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been prepared by Washington County to secure design for a new single track mountain bike trail located at Lake Elmo Park Reserve. Mountain biking is currently allowed on some of the multi-use trails within Lake Elmo Park Reserve. The southwest portion of Lake Elmo Park Reserve, in the vicinity of the south end of Eagle Point Lake, has been designated in the park master plan for a mountain bike trail network. Any questions regarding this Request for Proposals should be directed via email to alex.mckinney@co.washington.mn.us by 1:00pm, December 11, 2020. If a question pertains to a clarification of this RFP, the question and answer will be posted on the Washington County Website by December 16, 2020. As of December 30, a design team has been in place, The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources.
