Cornell University College of Agriculture & Life Sciences is seeking proposals from consultants with experience in interior building renovations, including historic buildings as Rice Hall is listed on the National Historic Register, to provide design documents for replacement of asbestos containing floor tile in the Plant Virology Nematology Lab (Facility 1135A), and Rice Hall (Facility 1040). Consultants shall also have experience with providing abatement removal documents (drawings and specs) to be included with the design documents.
