A timeline for award is June 16.** The City of Parkland, Florida is seeking to obtain bids from qualified contractors for the development two (2) new junior baseball/softball fields at the City's Terramar Park. This project will comprise the demolition of the existing facilities by removing existing fencing, dugouts, bleachers, batting cages, and retrofitting two (2) youth baseball/softball fields by providing new dugouts, new bleacher and shade-canopies areas, batting cages, new fencing, electrical/lighting installation along with landscape and hardscape improvements, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this bid (ITB).
