Question Submission Close Date 1/5/2021 3:00 PM MST The District requires regular preventive maintenance and requisite inspections, and occasional repair services for its UPS equipment. UPS equipment ranges in size from 10 KVA to 375 KVA. Individual tasks will be issued by purchase order as needed. The District desires to enter into a services agreement with the preferred professional to provide on-demand goods and services for District UPS systems for a period of approximately five years (February 2021 to June 30, 2026). Professional shall provide an insurance certificate and an endorsement evidencing compliance with this provision at least annually. From time to time District may increase the requirement for a liability limit by providing reasonable written notice to Professional of such a change.
