Redevelopment of the Oak Bay Lodge regional healthcare facility, which has passed its useful life. The future use of the property will align with the Capital Regional Hospital Districts (CRHD) mandate, developing and improving healthcare facilities in the Capital Regional District in partnership with Island Health. Scope of work has not been defined at this time. TIMELINE: Project is pending funding approval. The owners will require approval from their respective boards on the design, cost and funding of the proposed redevelopment project at Oak Bay Lodge. An update may be available in late spring 2025, pending approvals.
