Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and multi-residential development.
Redevelopment of the Oak Bay Lodge regional healthcare site, which has passed its useful life. The future use of the property will align with the Capital Regional Hospital Districts (CRHD) mandate, developing and improving healthcare facilities in the Capital Regional District in partnership with Island Health. Scope of work has not been defined at this time. TIMELINE: Request for Expressions of Interest is underway to gauge market interest in redevelopment of Oak Bay Lodge site and to identify creative, distinctive, and forward-looking development concepts that can support the CRHD in advancing its vision for the site. CRHD invites respondents to bring forward their most innovative and well considered ideas to help share the next stage of redevelopment. This RFEOI is open to organizations with the interest and capacity to participate in redevelopment of the site, including but not limited to developers, operators, non-profit and community organizations, Indigenous governments and organizations, and consortia. Further update in late spring 2027.
