Renovation of an educational facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SCOPE OF WORK (Insert description of work): To supply all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the project as per the tender specifications and drawings prepared by the University of Victoria and Skyline Engineering. The scope of work is designed and documented to improve the roof top safety of the three buildings listed, Medical Services Building, Cunningham Building, and Ian Stewart Complex The work involves the removal of non conforming ladders, supply and installing of new safety equipment, new access ladders, including roofing to RCABC standards and related builders work. All site safety, signage, flaggers, crane and lifting operations to University policy and Work Safe BC is the responsibility of the prime contractor. Documents can be obtained from https://uvic.bonfirehub.ca/portal Award is subject to final approval.
