The County requests proposals from qualified professional landscape architect and engineering consultants for the proposed Bluffview Community Park. In the award of the contract, the County will consider the element of time, will accept the Proposal or Proposals which in their estimation will best serve the interests of County and will reserve the right to award the contract to the contractor whose Proposal shall be best for the public good. The County is seeking a qualified and experienced firm or consultant(s) to prepare final Concept Park Design Plans, Engineering Plans, Stormwater/Erosion Control Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) and Construction Contract Bid Documents. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. As of April 21, 2022, this project had a ceremonial groundbreaking on April 1st, 2022. Actual construction is planned to begin in roughly a month.
