The State University of New York at Stony Brook University Hospital will receive sealed bids for LCM Laboratory for Comparative Medicine (ABSL-3) Clean Steam Generator Replacement All work on this Contract is to be completed one (1) year two (2) months after the contract approval date of the New York State Comptroller. Interested Contractors must RSVP their intent to attend the scheduled conference to: Jennifer.Mendez@stonybrookmedicine.edu no later than 12:00 noon two (2) business days before the scheduled conference, August 30, 2022. All interested bidders must access New York State at the following portal to obtain additional information pertaining to this procurement including MWBE/SDVOB (Minority & Women Business Enterprise/Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business) participation goals. Upon receipt, contractors will receive a confirmation which will include access to the bid package documents as well as where to meet on site. Bids must be submitted in triplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
