Site work and paving for a road / highway in Greer, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Resurfacing of 18.04 miles in municipalities in greenville county. Major items of work include: cmrb 6" unif. (94,562 sy), portland cement for cement modified reclaimed base (1,550 tons), milling variable 2" (188,719 sy), asphalt conc. Surface course type c (27,386 tons), pedestrian ramps (1,672 sy), and various other items Construction Cost Range: $4,000,000-$5,000,000 Resurfacing Municipal Match Performance and Indemnity Bond in the full amount of the contract and a Payment Bond in the amount of not less than 50% of the contract. The completion date for this project is November 15 th, 2021. a. Removal of existing failed concrete patch b. Remove any unstable material c. Add Maintenance Stone as needed d. Compact subbase material to 95% maximum density e. Place and cure 6" Concrete Patch. The unit price for 6" Concrete Pavement Patch is for all materials and labor to remove and replace existing concrete patch except for any Maintenance Stone that is required. Maintenance stone will be paid by the ton under separate pay item.
