The Work generally includes the following: Construction of 1) a new wellhouse over an existing functioning well including cast in place concrete foundation and slab, wood frame building, piping, valves, and fittings, chemical injection facilities, electrical, heating, ventilation, rotate and connect existing vertical turbine pump and underground site piping and system connections, 2) Install new electrical docking station and manual transfer switch at two existing booster pump stations, and 3) all the related incidental work and appurtenances. One additive alternate includes providing a mobile standby generator. The well is located immediately south of State Route 208 and the two booster pump stations are located north of State Route 208 in the community of Topaz Ranch Estates. All work will lie within Owners existing easements.
