Furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and services for equipping a newly drilled Well No. 8. New well transmission main from Well 8 site to Well 6 building and electrical upgrades at Well 6 building. ADD/ALT work to include abandonment of old valves and retirement of old water mains not in use, pavement patching, installation of Smart-Points at 536 existing meter locations, providing a turn-key Sensus drive-by meter reading system, and 203 existing water meter upgrades.
