The Project consists of constructing a new municipal drinking water well and water plant consisting of a 1600gpm Well, 500,000 gallon ground storage tank, backup generator (alternate bid), pump and control building including high service pumps, fluoride injection, and chlorine gas equipment, site improvements including gravel access drive, fencing, grading, and drainage improvements. Separate Bids will be received for Contract No. 1 - Pump and Control Building, Storage Tank, and General Site Work; and Contract No. 2 - Well Construction. Bids shall be on a unit price basis and both contracts include alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. All listed iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States.
