The objective of the project is to provide monthly elevator maintenance and as-needed repair for elevators located at all Water Supply and Treatment facilities. The work is to be performed in San Mateo and Alameda Counties. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The Engineer's estimate is $350,000.00. The contract will be awarded to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid. SFPUC encourages Bidders to submit a Safety Prequalification Form at least 3-weeks prior to Bid due date. Bidders are required to pass the Safety Prequalification prior to SFPUC considering their bid submission complete. SFPUC will notify Bidders who have passed the Safety Prequalification prior to or on the Bid due date. Bid discounts may be applied for certified LBEs as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B; however, there is no LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement for this project.
