Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Miami, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The City of Miami is seeking SEALED, FORMAL BIDS, for the crack sealing, micro surfacing, and marking of city streets identified in the bid specifications herein. The crack sealing and micro surfacing shall be measured and paid for by the unit area completed and accepted by the City. In preparing bid responses, contractors must consider the cost of labor, equipment, and material for crack sealing, micro surfacing and pavement marking of city streets. Bids shall be for completion of said project which will consist of streets, parking spaces, symbols, stop blocks, and cross walks as noted on drawings used for reference only. All labor, equipment, material, and application shall meet current specifications issued by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. The proposals filed with the City shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Cashier's Check for five Percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the City. The following bonds will be required from the Successful Bidder: - Performance Bond in the Full Amount of the Contract Price - Payment Bond for payment of all labor and materials used in the construction of such Improvements in the Full Amount of the Contract Price - One year Maintenance Bond in the Full Amount of the Contract Price
