Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Fairfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids must be submitted on the forms in the Contract Documents and other conditions therein described must be met. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked 'WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS - MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITY' on the face of the envelope and display the name and address of the bidder. Each bid must be accompanied by the following completed documents: From Section 1: Bid Bond (Certified Check or Cashier's Check for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted unless otherwise specified) Non-Collusion Affidavit Affidavit of Non-Delinquency of Personal Property Taxes From Section 3: Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Certification Certification regarding Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibility Matters Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Forms 6100-3 AND 6100-4 American Iron and Steel Form Bids cannot be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days following the bid opening. The City anticipates the contract will be awarded and the notice to proceed will be issued by March 2021. All work must be completed within THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (365) calendar days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. The City of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to correct or waive irregularities in bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the City of Fairfield, Ohio to do so.
