The City of Hot Springs is accepting quotes for a surveillance video system, including
installation and training for the Transportation Depot at 100 Broadway Terrace, Hot Springs,
AR. The following specifications described are the minimum requirements for the surveillance
video system.
The surveillance video system will consist of 12 Turret style network cameras
(resolution 4MP or greater).
3 Bullet style cameras (8MP or greater).
4 cameras are located outdoors. One camera in the parking lot will need point-to-point
setup.
Cameras must be high resolution.
Cameras must be function in a wide range of ambient light and weather conditions.
Providing equipment materials and equipment for the remodel.
Nighttime low light images of parking lot.
Passenger concourse must be high resolution.
A network video recorder with 8TB storage, 24 channels, and capable of storing 30 days
of recording will be included.
The system will have 3 monitors capable of showing all 15 camera images
simultaneously.
Monitors will require HDMI extenders and splitters.
The recorder must be capable of exporting still frames in JPEG format and videos in
MPEG format.
A Battery Backup system is required to provide 30 minutes UPS for the system.
The new system can make use of conduit and cable currently in place for a 10 camera
system. However, all cabling and connections must be guaranteed by the vendor.
Quote for system must include labor, materials, equipment, and all related cost (permits,
