Prior to beginning work under this Contract, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer for approval, two copies of the Contractor's proposed plan and methods for performing the work, including a listing of equipment and personnel anticipated for use. No U-turns shall be permitted as a condition of this Contract, except at Service Plazas. No Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held for This Project. Contractor Experience Documentation: Expertise and Experience Is Required in the Performance of Landscaping. The Experience in Landscaping Form (850-070-09) Must Be Filled Out and Submitted With the Bid to Be Reviewed by the Department. If a Contractor Is Presently Prequalified With the Department in Landscaping, It Is Not Necessary to Submit the Form. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
