The project is funded with CDBG-MIT funds, (MT124) and is for construction services. __ COUNTY PROJECT NO 2023-3-148 2023-4-148 2023-5-148 2023-6-148 2023-7-148 The tentative award date for this project is January 2026 COPE OF WORK Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to perform the Broadview Park Drainage Green Infrastructure Project located in the Broward County Municipal Service District. Work includes roadway and drainage components, maintenance of traffic, resurfacing, pervious asphalt, pervious concrete, pavement markings, barrier wall, stormwater pump station, and landscaping. All work must be completed in a competent and professional manner in compliance with all applicable building, safety, technical and related codes, and laws. Special attention should be paid to the fact that this Contract contains stormwater barrier wall and pump station work. The work area will be challenging at times and difficult to access. The Contractor shall be prepared to perform work over water, and from barges. The Contractor will be required to obtain all permits including right-of-way access; provide a detailed methodology of the work; provide and obtain approval of the maintenance of traffic that minimizes impact to vehicles, pedestrians, and boats; make brief written weekly reports on work completed; and work from informal instructions where these will suffice. Costs of such contributions are to be included in the unit prices and will not be measured separately for payment nor will there be any allowance provided. The individual FDOT Pay Items for work under this Contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the task. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the specifications, dimensions, materials, and details set forth in the construction documents, including but not limited to drawings, plans, and specifications of the Broadview Park Green Infrastructure Project (refer to solicitation plans). It is the Contractor's responsibility to review and refer to these documents at all stages of the work. Any discrepancies or uncertainties must be promptly brought to the attention of the County Project Manager for clarification prior to proceeding with the affected work.
