The owner has selected a Construction Manager. An architect was awarded by the School Board at their meeting on March 24, 2021. *The CMAR solicitation is listed below for reference. --- The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall provide all Preconstruction Phase Services necessary to establish a GMP as well as all Construction Phase Services following Award of the GMP for each school identified in this Project Notification. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER may be required to complete portions of the construction on an occupied campus as directed by the OWNER. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall provide deferred maintenance, renovation and repairs to school facilities including, but not limited to, ADA and CSIR compliance requirements, replacement of exterior doors and windows, roof repair, upgrades to the intercom/sound system, security system, fire alarm system, HVAC system, electrical switch gear, lighting replacement (interior and exterior), paving and play court resurfacing, marquees and scoreboards, plumbing work, bathroom replacements, ceiling and flooring replacements, interior finishes/painting/casework, and other Work as may be required by the OWNER. Construction shall incorporate all of the requirements set forth in the Permitted Construction Documents, School District of Palm Beach County Master Specifications, District Design Criteria, State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) 2014, Florida Administrative Code (FAC) Chapter 6A-2 and Florida Building Code. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall prepare all Project Documents in accordance with the requirements stated in Department of Education's Chapter 6A-2, SREF and FAC.
