Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a military facility in Livermore, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; for site work for a military facility; and for the construction of a military facility.

The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to Demolition the existing Bulk Oxygen tank and piping and alarm system and install a New Bulk Oxygen O2 Manifold system at Building #62. all components necessary to have a fully functioning Bulk Oxygen O2 Manifold system and Alarm system for the Department of Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), at 4951 Arroyo Road Livermore Ca. 94550 building #62 in accordance with the NFPA 99 Health Care Facility Code 2018 and the NFPA 55 Compressed Gases and Cryogenic Fluids Code 2010 Edition. Construction for this Project is Less than $30K. This project shall take no longer than 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed to complete.
