Project Location: Hidden Hollow Park to NE 67th Terrace The Work Under This Contract Consists of the Following: the Construction of Approximately 1,900-linear Feet of Concrete Trail and Related Appurtenances in the Vicinity of Rock Creek. This project is funded by the Federal Transportation Enhancement Program. All Prime Contractors must be on MoDOTs Approved Contractor Listing 7 days prior to bid opening. DBE SubContractors must be on the MRCC DBE Directory prior to Bidding. The wage rates applicable to this project have been predetermined as required by law and are set forth in this appendices. When Federal wage rates are applicable and included, this Contract is subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, (P. L. 87-581: 76 Stat. 357) and implementing regulations.
