Site work and paving for a road / highway in Gladstone, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of approximately 58,000 square yards of milling, 7,000 tons of asphalt and other associated work. Pursuant to Section 292.675, RSMO, the Contractor shall provide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program for all on-site employees The Work to be performed under the provisions of these Contract Documents, Drawings, and Specifications shall be consistent with "REGULATIONS OF THE CONTRACT" in the construction, installation, and completion of all work required in connection with the FY24 MILL AND OVERLAY PROGRAM; TP2406, in Gladstone, Missouri. If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specifications, or other proposed contract documents, such person shall submit to the City Manager a written request for an interpretation thereof prior to submission of any bid. Any interpretation of the proposed documents will be made only by addendum duly issued, and a copy of such addendum will be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set ofsuch documents.
