**As of June 9, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in excess of $35,000.00 in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities. This invitation does not commit the Owner to pay any cost incurred in the preparation of bids. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 22-9-203, the State encourages all small and minority business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration be given to the identified groups. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY POLICY: Act 215 of 2005 of the Arkansas Legislature. Upon notification, the successful contractor will be required to furnish to City of McCrory a copy of their company's Equal Opportunity Policy if their bid is over $25,000.
