Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in McCrory, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of McCrory is seeking bids on the construction of a new loading dock for a city building currently being used by a company known as Worldwide Labels. It will consist of 36 foot by 48 foot enclosed loading/unloading dock with three truck wells. There will be three 10'x10' overhead doors to the truck wells and two 10'x10' overhead doors going into the warehouse. There will be two walk-thru doors to outside leading to truckers sidewalk of 136 foot long.
