Description

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Williamsville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; for the construction of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Williamsville Weigh Station, Sangamon County. Project Labor Agreement is applicable to this project. AE Estimate - Less than $400,000. Demolish and Construct Weigh Station MBE/FBE Subcontracting and Supplier Goals Apply. The scope of work is to demo the existing 460sq ft Weigh Station and construct a new 798sq ft Weigh Station in its place. The construction type will be brick and CMU Block walls with a standing seam metal roof. Work includes Civil, Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical. . The staff area will have a work area, kitchenette, mechanical room, and an accessible staff restroom with emergency eye wash station. The public area will have a public lobby and an accessible restroom. New concrete sidewalks will have to be added to connect the Weigh Station to the existing parking lot and the scales. Substantial Completion- 120) One Hundred Twenty consecutive calendar days+ (Final Acceptance) within (30) Thirty consecutive calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion.
