Project no: 20.MSP11299.000 Bids may not be withdrawn within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the opening bids. It is anticipated that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners will consider award of the project at 9:00 a.m. on April 20, 2021 at its regular meeting at the Administration Center, 1590 Hwy 55, Hastings, MN. and reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. Estimated cost for this project is $1,500,000.
