The streets proposed for rehabilitation are Arbor Court, Bridgeview Court, Mendota Heights Circle, Monet Court, Monet Lane, Pondhaven Court, Pondhaven Lane, Westview Circle, and Westview Terrace. Proposed street rehabilitation improvements include bituminous pavement reclamation, storm sewer improvements, water main maintenance, aggregate base, concrete curb and gutter repair, catch basin repair, bituminous surfacing, pedestrian ramp improvements, restoration, and appurtenant work. UTILITIES Total of six (6) storm sewer sump manhole installations. Total of twenty-two (22) water main utility holes for maintenance operations. STREET REHABILITATION Approximately 18,238 SY of bituminous pavement reclamation. Approximately 3,915 TON of aggregate base to be hauled off-site and disposed. Approximately 4,658 TON of bituminous pavement. Approximately 3,731 LF of B618 concrete curb and gutter, Approximately 1,917 SY of sod. B All Bids must be accompanied by a Cash Deposit, Certified Check or Bid Bond, made payable to the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of Bid, conditioned that if the Bidder is the successful Bidder, he will enter into an Agreement with the City in accordance with said bid and will furnish such Performance and Payment Bids as are specified.
