This project includes all materials, equipment, transportation and labor and support needed to construct the Design Solution, per Drawings and Specifications for the renovation project listed above. Project items include but are not limited to: Demolition, masonry, structural steel, concrete flatwork, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, aluminum storefront windows, commercial floor coverings, paint, commercial millwork, and roof accessories. The total area proposed to be renovated is approximately 48,800sf. The Scope of Work for this project shall be as set forth in the Drawings and Specifications. The project will be divided into a Base Bid and Add Alternates #1, #2, #3 and #4 for different areas of work. Questions need to be submitted electronically by the end of the day on January 21st Facility Inspections WILL NOT be given individually to Contractors that do not attend the Pre-Bid Meeting during the time slot Architect's Estimated Cost of Construction for Base Bid: $3,000,000 - $3,300,000 Estimated Cost of Base Bid Construction: $2,700,000 - $3,100,000 Estimated Construction cost is $2,700,000 - $3,200,000.
