The communication center includes a concrete foundation, structural steel fram and standing seam roof, as well as communication support, environmental controls, pavements, parking area, exterior lighting, landscaping, and all other supports necessary to make a complete and usable facility. In addition to construction of the new facility, the project scope also includes the demolition of two (2) facilities, BLDG 1539 and 1558, totaling 105,841 SF, including removal of electrical/communications ducts, HVAC equipment, and four 25,000 gallon fuel tanks and associated piping.
