This contract will be for Construction Services for the Deicer Garage located at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. This work includes constructing a new pre-engineered metal facility with concrete foundation and floor slab, structural envelope to match existing surrounding structures, metal deck and roof, and overhead doors for deicing equipment access. Work includes all supporting utilities, building infrastructure, sitework and internal and external finishes. Any level of effort shown in the submitted information will not be used for evaluation purposes and will be used only to ensure that the proposal is in compliance with the binding rates from the base contract.
