Contract No. 3 - Electrical Construction
The Abatement Contractor shall furnish all components required and supply all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and insurance, necessary to properly complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to: 1. The removal, handling and disposal of all asbestos-containing materials identified on the Contract Drawings. Abatement is considered complete when all layers of asbestos-containing materials are removed completely to the satisfaction of the Owner's Representative. The Abatement Contractor is solely responsible for completeness of abatement. 2. The minimum criteria by which the work shall be completed are defined in these documents. Middle School / High School: Project includes new exterior digital sign, ceiling replacement, corridor wall painting, exterior door replacement, HVAC system improvements, electrical panel replacement, water cooler replacement, new backflow preventer, kitchen/cafeteria renovations and secure vestibule renovations. Intermediate School: Project includes water main replacement, new exterior digital sign, new pavilion, new handicap roof cover, ceiling replacement, HVAC system replacement, kitchen/cafeteria renovations, secure vestibule renovations and classroom renovations. Primary School: Project includes water main replacement, ceiling replacement, HVAC system replacement, crawlspace sump pumps, oil tank upgrades, kitchen renovations, secure vestibule renovations and main office renovations.
