Sealed bids are hereby solicited for the construction of pedestrian access improvements along Kirby Road between Chesterbrook Elementary School to Franklin Ave. The project will include approximately 1,700 LF of various width concrete sidewalk, approximately 1,800 LF of curb and gutter, underground detention facility, storm sewer improvements, asphalt milling and overlay, pavement marking, and related items. This is a UNIT price Contract. Contract length is 270 calendar days.
