Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lincolnshire, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed project consists of the installation of 3,130' of 8'' Ductile Iron Water Main (DIP), along with 15 new 1 1/2'' copper water services, hydrants and system valves on Northampton Ln in the Village of Lincolnshire. Curb and gutter removal and replacement and roadway re- surfacing, traffic control, and all other related items are also included in the project. The Village of Lincolnshire reserves the right to defer the acceptance of a proposal for a period not to exceed 90 calendar days after the date proposals are received and to accept or reject all proposals and to waive technicalities and to accept the proposal which best meets the needs and requirements of the municipalities as outlined in the Request for Proposals.
