Snow plowing services on an as needed basis for six (6) months with an option to extend two (2) six (6) month periods (winter season only)sub-contracting is permitted. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing the following services: A. Snow Plowing B. Snow Hauling The Contractor may be requested to load, haul and dump snow in the event of a high accumulation snow event. If the need arises, and upon request from the designated City representative, the Contractor shall provide these additional services under the same terms in this bid specification. All repairs and damage occurring from the performance of the Contractor, it's subcontractor, or its employees, shall be the responsibility of the awarded Contractor. During the contract term, the Contactor shall maintain in full force the following types of insurance: o General Liability Insurance o Automobile Liability Insurance; and o Worker's Compensation Liability Insurance. Specifications and bid information may be downloaded from the City of Trenton's. Bidders may visit the City of Trenton's website for any addenda / notices issued prior to the bid opening. Failure to do so could result in the rejection of your submission. Vendors are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975,c.127(N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq).
