Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mundelein, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project was awarded to Oak Brook Mechanical Services, Inc. for their base bid and Alternates 1-3. This project includes: Unit ventilator replacement and associated hydronic piping and power modifications. Air-cooled chiller replacement and associated hydronic piping and power modifications. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to "Diamond Lake School District No. 76" in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. The successful Bidder is required to pay the general prevailing wage for work as ascertained by the Illinois Department of Labor, and shall submit certified payroll records, in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) and shall comply with all applicable Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity laws. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before July 30, 2021. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
