**Project was awarded to Nicol and Sons in the amount of $331,265.40. The Project includes the following: Construction of a crushed stone path, concrete paving, concrete sidewalk, playground equipment, fish cleaning station and installation, canoe/kayak launch, split rail fence, landscaping, site clean-up and restoration. The project is located at 7320 Lighthouse Road, Port Hope, MI 48468. A State of Michigan Department of Natural Resources Trust Fund grant is being used to partially fund this project. All relevant State requirements will apply. The Work will be substantially completed on or before May 6, 2022 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before May 20, 2022.
