Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brecksville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The proposed work consists of all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the replacement of a portion of the roofing, roofing restoration, flashing repairs and related general building work. Each bid shall be submitted on forms furnished by the architect consultant, and shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a 100% bid guarantee and contract bond, conforming to the requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, or a certified check in an amount of 10% of the bid. Bids shall be clearly identified as a bid for the work as identified above. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities and to accept the bid and any alternates which may promote the best interest of the Owner. No bid shall be considered unless submitted using forms furnished with the Construction Documents.
