Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Marys, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bidder shall furnish bond as required in Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Auglaize County and the City of St. Marys, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division. No Bidder shall be permitted to withdraw his bid for a period of 30 days after the time of opening of bids. All bids are to be on a form furnished by the City Engineer and submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the Bidder and the project noted plainly on the outside. The City of St. Marys, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
