Description

Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Luverne, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a fitness / recreation center; swimming pool; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

Project consists of the expansion and renovation of an existing facility. Work includes a new outdoor splash pad on the southern side of the pool. There have been four addendums as of 1/19/2021. General Contractor to provide an allowance of $1,430 for the MN state permit surcharge.
