The City's Environmental Utilities Department (EU) is seeking proposals for Professional Services for Construction Management Services to oversee the construction of the Project. The construction of this Project consists of installing approximately 23,315 feet of 8-inch and 12-inch water mains and associated appurtenances including fire hydrants, valves, blow-offs, cathodic protection system and test stations, installation of 348 new services with new service lines. The Contractor is also required to survey, pothole, provide geotechnical testing and inspection, and abandon the existing facilities. The construction value is approximately $7,000,000 and the time line is 280 days.
