A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work under this contract consists generally of demolition and removal of inboard and outboard portions of failing platforms, soil and debris removal from water of collapsed outboard platform, reconstruction of two steel pile-supported reinforced concrete inboard platforms with steel sheet pile bulkheads, and related work at Berths E-1 and E-2 and vicinities thereof at Port Jersey Port Authority Marine Terminal, Bayonne, New Jersey. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. Accordingly, all bidders and the successful Contractor will be required to comply with any and all required applicable federal provisions and requirements contained in this solicitation and resulting contract.
