For hard copy sets only: In addition to your shipper number, an additional fee of $25 for handling must also be provided. Payment must be in the form of a check or money order, made payable to FVHD Architects/Planners. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The right is reserved to reject all bids or to waive minor informalities in the bidding if it is in the interest of the Owner to do so.
