Site development and new office Building, vehicle storage building, large pavilion, at 700 E. Wells Branch Parkway, Pflugerville, TX 78660. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. Contractor agrees to pay not less than the specified prevailing wage rate to workers employed by it in the execution of the Work, and to comply with all applicable provisions of Subchapter B of Chapter 2258 of the Texas Government Code, including the recordkeeping required thereunder. In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex age or national origin. The Northtown Municipal Utility District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
